Q- Can I order directly from you or off the website?
Ans- We are just the manufacturer and importer, we do not sell direct as all sales must go through one of our dealers.
Q- Where is the dealer closest to me?
Ans- There is a dealer list available.Even if there is not a dealer in you area many of our dealers handle phone orders and would be happy to help you out.
Q- Can you tell me what dealers have a specific item in stock?
Ans- Because we use a third party to distribute our products to the dealers, we do not have records of individual dealer’s orders or sales. You would have to contact the dealers personally to find out availability.
Q- Are the prices on your website guaranteed?
Ans- The posted prices on our website are MSRP or manufacturers suggested retail price. This is the price that we suggest dealers sell our products for. However, dealers have the legal right to charge more or less than MSRP as they see fit. Again you will have to contact the dealers on questions of pricing.
Q- What is your warranty policy?
Ans- All of our products are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
